The process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your fitness goals, previous injuries, and lifestyle factors. All the before we jump into your first personal training session.
This also includes a well-designed fitness routine and nutritional help to make sure your diet and exercise is aligned to reach your fitness goals. You will also get a weekly video check-in to keep you accountable and help you gain confidence, all delivered via the True Coach App.
Whether it’s one personal training session a week or my recommended three training sessions a week, my personal training sessions will help you to reach your GOALS in person. I understand that many clients are new to exercising and may feel overwhelmed in a gym environment, but I am here to guide you.
Whether you want to build muscle mass or lose weight, I will push you to places you never even knew existed whilst teaching you through proven training methods that you can then take away into your training. All in-person trainer clients will also have complete access to my nutritional support ensuring you are on track even when not in the gym.
