Hello. I'm Mark Bibbing. I trained as a British Army PTI before becoming a personal trainer based in Bristol. I help both men and women on their own fitness journey to become stronger and healthier versions of themselves, building muscle mass or achieving weight loss goals, all while still enjoying their lives, without spending hours in the gym or giving up foods they love.
I spent five-years as an Armed Forces Physical Training Instructor, bringing a team of new recruits up to the required fitness standards so they're ready to deal with the robust soldier way of life.
I'm now a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and functional fitness athlete with a passion for helping people rediscover fun in exercise that improves their health, their fitness and their lifestyle. With my military expertise, I offer an effective and engaging approach to personal training sessions, which sets me apart from other personal trainers in the area.
